As Open Floor core faculty, I offer one to one sessions for supervision and/or mentoring in Open Floor movement practice for Open Floor teachers.
I also offer one to one sessions for anybody who might want to work with the particular attention and presence that this kind of work affords. We can bring forward a topic, project or healing work into movement or enquiry. This might be mentoring with your creative process, movement enquiry to work with particular states of being, Shamanic healing. Together we’ll find what best serves you.
I have many years experience as a conscious movement facilitator running classes and workshops all over the world, fifteen years as a trained actor treading the boards, a published writer, apprenticeships in authentic movement, aromatherapy, shamanic practice and am ever learning and curious. I am currently involved and studying the Diamond Approach (www.diamondapproach.org) and taking a Masters in Creative Writing at University College Cork.
